Terms of Service
All purchased items can be shipped within 1-5 working days.To eliminate the high international shipping cost, we are using registered airmail service to deliver the purchased items. Registered Air Mail Services to most countries will take around 14 to 21 days. The time will be longer if there is anything unusual such as bad weather, customs inspection, security control or public vacations. The delivery to countries in South America, Middle East, Africa and East Europe may occasionally take up to 3 - 4 weeks or longer.. All purchased items will be shipped to your default address, except you had specify different address to ship to earlier. Tracking number available on every shipped items.
For faster delivery, please consider to use express service, but additional charge may apply. EMS will be perfect to eliminate the delivery timeframe.
CUSTOMS: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs officials to determine what these additional costs may be prior to purchase.
QUARANTINE: Some items, especially natural products such as wood, bone, or shell, may be prohibited from import to your country without proper certification or detailed descriptions. Please check before you buy. If I am shipping direct from Indonesia, you will be advised of this as country of origin may also have an effect on how your quarantine officials treat a package.
PACKAGING: My shipping costs include the packaging. I use padded post packs, bubble wrap, or sturdy boxes for shipping so that the contents are kept safe. The Indonesian and Aussie post packs have a bubblewrap liner which should also protect the contents from moisture.
LOSS or DAMAGE: I do not accept responsibility for uninsured items that are lost or damaged in the post. If an insured item that you have purchased arrives in a damaged state, please try to photograph it for me, showing any damage to packaging as well as contents. If you are the US, and tracking shows that your item reached your local post office and went out for delivery, please consult your local post office staff with the tracking number to try to find out where the package is.
SHIPPING ADDRESS: I will ship to the address provided to me by ecrater. If your Paypal address differs from what is entered during ecrater checkout, I will use the ecrater address unless you tell me otherwise.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:

1. For ALL IN ONE tracking site, please use www.17track.net to trace your package. Generally, tracing your package using your country post office site (ex: US will be using www.usps.com, France will be www.laposte.fr) will be also not a problem, BUT some country (ex: Australia, UK, and recently Canada, etc) could not trace "Register Airmail Service" that CAME from outside these country (it used to be available, but for some reason it is now could not).
2. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR Phone Number on the shipping address. In some cases, your parcel may be kept by the post office and waiting you to pick it up. That's when your PHONE NUMBER will be in place to faster delivery process (post office employee will call you when your parcel has arrived).
